• Position: Roofing Inspector (Outside Sales)
• Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 | On the Road
• Compensation: $100K–$150K average first year | $200K+ top performers

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-week comprehensive training program to ensure you are set up for immediate success and are able to establish yourself as a master of your craft.
• Conduct in-home presentations that WOW homeowners and showcase our unbeatable services.
• Travel to appointments, assess homes, and identify improvement opportunities to make each project a success.
• Become a Master Craftsman with our top-tier product portfolio and become an expert at matching homeowners with the perfect solutions.
• Overcome objections with finesse and close sales by highlighting our attractive financing options.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Stellar communication and organizational skills.

Roofing Project Manager

The Roofing Project Manager oversees active roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring each job meets our high standards for craftsmanship, communication, and customer satisfaction. This role includes visiting job sites, supporting crews, coordinating with the office, and making sure homeowners feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit job sites to ensure roofing installations meet company quality standards
• Communicate project progress and completion updates with the office
• Coordinate with crews and deliver additional materials when needed
• Serve as the connection between field crews, customers, and office staff
• Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Request customer reviews upon project completion
• Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly to keep projects on schedule
• Make occasional Saturday job site visits when needed
• Assist the office with collecting payments once projects are completed

Roofing Concierge

Integrity Exterior Services is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Roofing Concierge to help deliver an exceptional homeowner experience. 

This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring every roofing project runs smoothly from initial inspection through project completion. The Roofing Concierge works closely with our sales team, project managers, and installation crews to coordinate schedules, communicate updates, and guide homeowners through the process with confidence and clarity.
